FRANKEL LAW practices in the federal system in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida along with representing clients before various federal agencies of the U.S. Government. Our practice concentrates primarily on family and employment-based immigration to the U.S. Our managing partner, Evan D. Frankel, Esq., has been a licensed, practicing attorney for nearly 35 years concentrating in the area of U.S. immigration law. Mr. Frankel is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for over 20 years. Mr. Frankel is licensed in Florida as well as in Washington, DC and his firm has successfully assisted clients across the country, and around the world, in a variety of settings, both individual and corporate in nature. Mr. Frankel is a certified Circuit Court Mediator and has participated in numerous successful mediations.
On the federal side, we also represent clients in matters involving defense of claims in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and in other injury-related claims in federal court, including litigation.
